Engineered for long-distance stability, the HARDDRIVE Touring remote reservoir shock integrates Speed Adaptive Valving (SAV) with an internal floating piston design to ensure consistent performance across varying conditions. The assembly features components crafted from 7075 forged aluminum and precision CNC machined, paired with progressive rate springs for optimized load handling. Riders can fine-tune the suspension response using 24-click adjustments for both High-Speed Compression (HSC) and Low-Speed Compression (LSC), while a 1/2-inch height adjustment allows for precise ride height calibration.
Designed specifically for touring applications, the rear mount brackets position the reservoirs further back on the bike, facilitating the installation of docking kits for tour-paks, sissy bars, and luggage racks. The shock is available in two weight-specific configurations to match rider and cargo loads: the STD Weight version is best suited for combined weights up to 280 lbs, while the HVY Weight version is tailored for combined weights of 281 lbs and above.
