Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Policy
We proudly offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on all qualifying orders of $150.00 or more (merchandise subtotal after applied discounts and before taxes) shipped to physical addresses located within the 48 contiguous (lower) United States. For domestic lower-48 orders under $150, flat-rate standard carrier shipping is calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight and destination.

The $150 Free Shipping threshold and all promotional Free Shipping coupon codes apply strictly and exclusively to the 48 lower contiguous United States. Destinations outside the 48 lower states are not eligible for free shipping waivers:
• Orders $150+: 100% Free Standard Ground Shipping.
• Free Shipping Codes: Fully eligible and honored.
• Merchandise Coupons ($20 off, etc.): Fully eligible.
• Free Shipping Threshold: Excluded (real-time carrier rates apply).

Note on Promotional Coupons: While shipping fee waivers (such as the $150 free shipping threshold and free shipping promotional codes) are strictly restricted to the 48 lower states, all general merchandise discount coupons (e.g. $20 off, $50 off, or percentage promotions) apply to all customers worldwide regardless of shipping destination.
Fulfillment & Transit Times
Same-Day Processing
Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same business day from our regional fulfillment centers.
1 to 3 Day Transit
Standard ground carrier shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS) typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days depending on delivery location.

As soon as your package leaves our dock, you receive an automated confirmation email with real-time tracking numbers and delivery estimates.
Hazardous & Oversized Freight
Certain items—such as high-capacity lithium batteries, chemical lubricants, and pressurized suspension cartridges—must ship strictly via ground freight in accordance with US Department of Transportation (DOT) Hazmat regulations. Oversized items like plow blades and full exhaust systems are packed in heavy-duty reinforced cartons.
