1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and WowShopper Motorsports ("WowShopper," "we," "us," or "our"), an Aiya Group company powered by Motorhelmets, headquartered in Fullerton, California. By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order through WowShopper.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Returns & Warranty Policy.

2. Product Pricing, Inventory & Order Acceptance

All catalog prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). While our multi-vendor catalog engine continuously synchronizes real-time inventory and pricing across authorized distribution centers, catalog errors or feed lags may occasionally occur. WowShopper reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical inaccuracies, or inventory discrepancies at any time prior to order fulfillment.

In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a distributor feed error or software glitch, WowShopper reserves the right to decline or cancel the affected order, notify you immediately, and issue a prompt 100% refund to your original payment method. Order confirmation emails signify receipt of your order request, not final acceptance or contract of sale.

MAP Policy Compliance: Many premier manufacturer brands enforce strict Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. Discount codes, cart coupons, and promotional vouchers cannot be applied to reduce advertised prices below manufacturer-mandated MAP floors.

3. Orders, Payments & Fraud Prevention

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and authorized digital wallets. All transactions are securely processed through Level 1 PCI-DSS certified payment gateways utilizing 256-bit TLS encryption. WowShopper does not store raw credit card numbers or security CVV codes on our servers.

To protect cardholders and defend against identity theft, all transactions are subject to automated risk analysis. Orders exhibiting mismatched billing and shipping details, unverified international IP routing, or elevated risk scores may be held for manual verification or canceled at our discretion.

4. Vehicle Fitment, Technical Specs & Installation Disclaimer

WowShopper provides vehicle fitment selectors, OEM part number cross-references, schematic diagrams, and Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) reference tables to assist riders in finding compatible components. However, motorcycle configurations, aftermarket modifications, frame alterations, and regional submodel variations can affect part compatibility.

Customer Installation Responsibility: Motorsports components, exhaust systems, electrical switches, braking systems, suspension parts, and engine internals must be installed by a qualified, certified motorcycle technician. Customers are strictly responsible for verifying OEM part numbers, clearance tolerances, chain alignment, and factory torque specifications prior to installing or operating any component.

5. Emissions Regulation & Competition-Use Notice (EPA & CARB)

Certain high-performance exhaust systems, catalytic converter eliminator pipes, ECU fuel controllers, and internal engine components are designed and manufactured strictly for closed-course competition or off-highway racing use.

Under the federal Clean Air Act and California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations, modifying or removing emissions control devices on street-legal highway vehicles is strictly prohibited unless an official CARB Executive Order (E.O.) exemption has been issued. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that parts purchased for their vehicle comply with applicable local, state, and federal emissions, noise, and safety standards.

6. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

All orders are dispatched from our network of authorized domestic fulfillment facilities. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery by the commercial carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carrier) to the address designated during checkout. 7. Returns, Restocking & Cancellations

We want you to be completely confident in your gear. Brand-new, uninstalled, and unused items in their original factory packaging with all protective films, tags, and documentation may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

For rider safety, helmets with peeled visor film, mounted tires, and opened electrical components (stators, fuel pumps, flashed ECUs) that have been installed or plugged in are strictly non-returnable. 8. Manufacturer Warranties & Disclaimer of Liability

All brand-new products sold by WowShopper carry authentic manufacturer factory warranties against defects in materials and craftsmanship. WowShopper assists customers in expediting manufacturer warranty evaluations and replacement claims.

Limitation of Liability: Operating powersports equipment and motorcycles carries inherent physical risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WowShopper Motorsports, its parent company Aiya Group, its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of vehicle use, or personal injuries resulting from the installation, use, or misuse of products purchased from our platform.

9. Intellectual Property & Brand Trademarks

All trademarks, registered trade names, brand logos, and OEM manufacturer part numbers referenced on WowShopper.com are the property of their respective owners. Brand references (e.g., Alpinestars, Shoei, Arai, Akrapovič, Vance & Hines, Dunlop) are utilized strictly for descriptive, identification, and compatibility purposes to assist customers in locating genuine gear and equipment.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your purchase or use of WowShopper.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
