30-Day Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any brand-new, unused, uninstalled item in its original factory packaging with all tags, protective films, and manuals intact within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Helmets must be returned with protective visor film unpeeled and helmet bag included. For safety and regulatory reasons, electrical components (stators, ignition coils, flashed ECUs) that have been plugged in or mounted are non-returnable once opened.
How to Initiate a Return
Request RMA Number
Contact our service team at info@wowshopper.com with your order number and part SKU to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.
Package Securely
Place the item in its original product box and pack it inside a shipping outer carton to avoid damage during transit.
