Heat-resistant stator coil winding replacement, CKP sensor air gap, case grommet sealing, and cover bolt torques.

Factory Tightening TorquesService Manual

Stator Coil Mounting Allen Screws (3x)11 N·m (8.0 lb-ft)

Apply Suzuki Thread Lock Super "1360" or medium threadlocker to all 3 screw threads

CKP (Crankshaft Position) Sensor Screws (2x)6 N·m (4.5 lb-ft)

Apply threadlocker; verify 0.5 – 1.0 mm sensor air gap to flywheel reluctor teeth

Stator Lead Wire Clamp Screw6 N·m (4.5 lb-ft)

Route wiring harness under clamp; ensure grommet seated securely in case notch

Generator Magneto Cover Bolts (9x)10 N·m (7.5 lb-ft)

Tighten diagonally in 2 passes; always install new gasket (11483-31J00)

Engine Oil Drain Plug Bolt21 N·m (15.5 lb-ft)

Replace crush washer; refill 2.4 L ECSTAR R9000 10W-40 MA2
