CRITICAL RECALL SAFETY COUNTERMEASURE (Recall 24V-769 / Campaign 3A04 / Supersedes 2A99). Chemical reaction between factory brake fluid and primary cup rubber caused swelling, blocking fluid return and causing brake drag or lever displacement. Replace with updated master cylinder body and redesigned non-reactive seals.

CRITICAL RECALL SAFETY MANDATE (Recall 24V-038 / Campaign 3A01). Flare nut installation torque at the ABS hydraulic unit may have been insufficient during assembly, creating a risk of brake fluid seepage. Retorque all four flare nuts strictly to 16 N·m using a 10mm flare nut socket wrench positioned at exactly 90 degrees to the torque wrench drive head.
