Defect Description

Polaris Bulletin I-24-07: Rear suspension pushrod may buckle under load on 2024 Challenger and Pursuit models.

Safety Hazard / Consequence

A buckled pushrod can sever the chassis wiring harness, puncture the coolant reservoir, damage the rear tire, or collapse rear suspension.

Factory Remedy & Repair Action

Dealers replace rear suspension pushrod with upgraded forged steel component torqued to 80 N·m.
