Defect Description

Piaggio Safety Recall PA2ZZQ1904: Front master cylinder piston return stroke drag may trap residual hydraulic pressure causing brake overheating.

Safety Hazard / Consequence

Front brake dragging leads to overheating, disc warping, and possible front wheel lockup.

Factory Remedy & Repair Action

Dealers will inspect and replace master cylinder internal piston assembly with revised clearance components free of charge.
