The DSG Monosuit 2.0 is engineered for severe weather conditions, featuring a durable shell constructed with a 15,000mm MVT / 10,000g/m2/24hrs waterproof breathable laminate and a DWR finish on the face of the fabric. For enhanced durability and reinforcement, the lower legs utilize heavy-duty 500D Nylon panels with the same 15,000mm MVT / 10,000g/m2/24hrs waterproof breathable coating and DWR finish. The suit’s integrity is maintained through 100% sealed seams, a double seat design for added waterproofing protection, and YKK® AquaGuard 5 zippers located at the center front, front leg pockets, upper chest pocket, underarms, lower arms, rear drop seat, and side legs.

Interior comfort and fit are managed by a removable quilted liner providing 80 gram insulation for the body, legs, and sleeves, alongside an internal adjustable suspender system and waist. Temperature regulation is facilitated by underarm vents, while an adjustable removable hood and soft micro fleece inner collar provide additional protection. The monosuit includes practical features such as an adjustable inseam ranging from 32.5” to 28.5”, an interior boot gaiter with a boot clip and tab, and adjustable hook and loop cuffs. Visibility and utility are further enhanced by reflective mesh piping on the sleeves and legs, an internal vertical zip pocket with a headphone port, a large tether d-ring, and DSG embroidered logos with textured logo zip pulls.
