A thermoformed soft BioFoam chassis delivers increased comfort, and the chassis attachment system replaces traditional plastic rivets with soft plastics and TPR rubbers, eliminating high‑point injury risks. The shells are highly perforated and incorporate molded air channels within the BioFoam to promote maximum airflow and keep the rider cool. An integrated Y‑strap system allows modular use with or without the back plate, and adjustable shoulder straps along with waist belt buckles integrated into the chest shell provide a custom, secure fit. The low‑profile design enables the guard to be worn comfortably under a racing jersey.
