LEDADESK and file cabinets are warranted to be free from defects in material and Workmanship for a period of: One (1) year from date of original purchase by a consumer. If your LEDADESK product is defective, LEDADESK will replace the defective part(s) at no cost to you. If you believe your LEDADESK product is defective. Please fill up this form and inform us of the problem and we will be in contact with you to follow up the replacement of the part(s).

Please DO NOT ship the product back to us unless we specifically request you to do so. In the event it becomes necessary for your product to be returned, we will inform you the procedure you must follow to do so. LEDADESK Corp. is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages which may arise out of the purchase or use of any LEDADESK product: And LEDADESK's liability for any breach of warranty shall be limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) as describe above.  

Important notice: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Returning defective items.
If you receive a defective globe (if it appears to be damage caused by shipping, please go here), we will replace the defective part or the whole globe. We must be notified of the defective part within 10 days of delivery. You must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us before returning a globe or part. Returning non-defective items.
Globes may be returned, within 30 days of the purchase date, for any reason. However, there will be a 30% restocking fee charged and the customer is also responsible for shipping costs. You must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us before returning a globe. All packages returned without an RMA# are subject to refusal.
